Refund policy

Each refund request will be considered individually. To request a refund, please send a message through this link with the reason for the refund.

The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product and the equipment must be in re-sellable condition. Damages and usage will be taken into consideration when offering a refund in the manner of a percentage of the resale value.  A restocking fee will be applied to the refund to be determined by the equipment returning.
